Speaking
of unique, you also have a scar on your forehead...how'd that come about
and do you see it as an asset at all for modeling?
The scar came from a fall I had, I do a lot of construction and at the
time I was working on a "crap" tank. I was standing on a scaffold 16 ft.
above the ground when it collapsed. I plummeted to the cement surface
below, cracking my head open. My heart stopped three times on the way to
the hospital, and then once more at the hospital. I thought my life was
over, and I thought I could kiss modeling goodbye forever. I've since
realized that most models, and actors have some minor facial flaws that
can be covered with either make up or touch up. I have learned to live
with the scar, and no one has told me that it is a set back. I suppose you
could say it's just one more thing that makes me unique.
Exactly.
In your photos, you pull off a lot of different looks. How do you approach
such a variety?
I believe that I have a million different looks that can jump out at you
at any given moment. I am very versatile, and can go from one look to the
other without skipping a beat. I love expressionism and am very in touch
with emotion, I like to display it in my face, and body.
You also aspire to be an actor as well. I
imagine that's part of your ability to pull off various looks.
My first passion is actually acting, but due to the financial set backs I
have it isn't easy for me to get to auditions, and there isn't a lot
happening in my area. My hope is that modeling will help me get my foot in
the door of entertainment. I have always enjoyed performing for others,
and making others laugh.
